    • Tickets can be purchased up to 4 per person.

    • Tickets are sold in limited quantities and may close early when sold out.

    • This performance is for ages 19 and up. (Available for those born on or after December 31, 2006)

    • ID verification will be conducted upon entry, and entry will be restricted for those under 19 years of age. No refunds will be issued for this reason.

    • When canceling a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the regulations of each reservation site. Please check the cancellation fee regulations before making a reservation.

    • After completing the reservation, changes to the performance date or the name of the person making the reservation are not possible.

    • All tickets include VAT and royalties.

    • This performance is all standing room only, and admission is on a first-come, first-served basis without separate admission numbers.

    • Please make sure to bring your QR ticket and ID when entering. If you do not bring it, your entry will be restricted and no refunds will be given on the day.

    • For some global site reservation holders, tickets in a different format than QR tickets may be issued, so please be sure to check the ticket usage method on each global site and the global reservation holder admission guide that will be announced later.

    • QR ticket capture copies cannot be used.

    • The staff will help you put on your admission band upon receipt, and proxy receipt is not possible.

    • All tickets are non-transferable and only the person who purchased the ticket can enter.

    • If you have reserved more than two tickets, the person making the reservation and the person accompanying you must visit the ticket booth together.

    • Please be sure to check the operating hours that will be announced later, as you will not be able to receive your admission band after the closing time.

    • Ticket booths, gate opening, and entry times will be the same for GA ticket purchasers and VIP ticket purchasers.

    • If the admission band is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued and entry is not permitted.

    • All tickets for SUPERPOP 2025 KOREA will be operated as QR tickets.

    • There will be no separate paper ticket delivery or on-site pickup.

    • A QR ticket will be sent 10 days before the event to the mobile phone number you entered when making your reservation.

    • Queens Smile ticket holders can check their QR tickets at [My QR] at the bottom of the site at the time of reservation without separate sending.

    • For 2 DAY (two-day) tickets, you can use one QR ticket for both days. When visiting on Sunday, please bring the QR code used on Saturday to receive an admission wristband.

    • If you purchase a two-day ticket, you must visit the ticket booth on both days of your visit and wear the appropriate wristband for each day to enter to prevent ticket misuse.

    • We do not accept advance collection of admission bands for dates other than those listed above.

    • Tickets cannot be transferred on different days of the week, and can only be used by the person who purchased the ticket.

    • If you have reserved more than two tickets, the person making the reservation and the person accompanying you must visit the ticket booth together.

    • We do not accept proxy receipt of admission bands.

    • VIP 티켓 예매자의 경우 VIP 관람 구역을 포함한 모든 일반 객석 이용이 가능합니다. VVIP 라운지 및 관계자 외 출입 금지 구역은 이용이 불가합니다.

    • 별도 전용 게이트 및 물품보관소, 화장실의 상세 위치는 추후 안내될 예정입니다.

    • 전체 공연 종료 후 퇴장 시에는 안전상의 이유로 전용 게이트가 미운영될 예정이며, 모든 게이트를 통해 자유로이 퇴장이 가능합니다.

    • VIP 티켓은 양도가 불가하며 티켓은 예매자 본인만 사용이 가능합니다.

    • 티켓을 2매 이상 예매하신 경우, 예매자와 동행인이 반드시 함께 티켓 부스를 방문해야 합니다. ・ 입장밴드 대리 수령은 불가합니다.

    • Refunds are possible according to the refund policy of each reservation office.

    • Refunds are not available on the day of the performance or on-site.

    • Refunds are not available due to rain.

    • This performance may inevitably be subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances such as the appearance of some performers, schedule, or time, and refunds or partial refunds due to this are not possible.

    • This event may be cancelled or changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters. Please note that all tickets, including 2-DAY tickets, cannot be partially cancelled or refunded for unused days.

    • 티켓 양도 및 개인간의 거래는 명백한 불법입니다. 불법 거래 또는 암표 판매 적발 시 판매자와 구매자 모두에게 민형사상 제재가 가해질 수 있습니다.

    • 예매처가 아닌 개인간의 거래로 발생한 문제에 대하여 주최사 및 예매처에는 책임이 없으므로, 공식지정 예매처를 통하여 안전하게 구매하시길 바랍니다.

    • 티켓 위/변조 시에도 민형사상 법적 제재가 있을 수 있습니다.

    • 티켓 구매 시 발행되는 QR코드의 캡쳐 및 복제 등 관리 부실로 인한 피해에 대해 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없으므로 관리에 유의해 주시길 바랍니다.
