When exchanges and returns are possible
- Exchanges/returns are not possible within 7 days from the date you received the product. However, if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value has been lost, exchanges/returns are not possible.

When exchange and return are not possible

- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption
- When the value of a product has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult
- If the packaging of a product that can be copied is damaged
